The Herrmann Brain Diagnostic Instrument
 

This tool, widely used in the USA and now more frequently in the UK, uses a questionnaire to explore our thinking and reasoning preferences. It is based on both a metaphorical and scientific brain model.

The results are presented in a memorable, colourful graphic representation making understanding really straight forward.  We see ourselves and our colleagues with greater clarity!

The questionnaire is available on-line or on paper and can present both individual and group results.  When used in a group workshop environment it is extremely powerful in providing that “aha moment” of realisation about what has been going on and what might happen differently in the future.  I am qualified to both administer  the questionnaire and interpret the results for individuals and groups. Profound change in individuals and teams results from this insight.
