My first exploratory meeting with new clients is always free. Sometimes the things we discuss then are all that is needed! More often, this meeting leads to me making a proposal and then taking on work for you.
I am never satisfied with my work until you are! The nature of human resources work is that there has to be discussion between client and consultant throughout the process.
Once we have an established relationship I am readily available at the other end
of a phone to discuss the implications of work we have done together, the possibility
of new work, or, as often happens, to offer advice on urgent people matters... A
disciplinary situation has cropped up, a new recruit is needed, my client is unsure
of a decision about to be taken -
